  2. double-click the .exe file and follow the instructions

  2. Unzip the file onto your computer. You may require a zip utility installed on your computer to extract the setup file from the zip file. You can use the free www.ZipGenius.it or www.7-zip.org (link opens in new window) software to unzip this file.

  3. double-click the gccsetup.exe file and follow the instructions
